A little while ago Sarah McIntosh of electro-goth band The Good Natured (whom I absolutely adore btw) twitted the pic below with the following message “We’re so excited for you to hear our collaboration track next week! Here’s me with a couple of clues…can you guess who it is? Xxx “

It only took a quick look at the albums Sarah was holding to figure out that a collaboration with genius, electro-pop icon Vince Clarke was in the works. The band recently premiered the track via a mixtape on BBC 6 Music as part of Mark Jones’ electronic series with Midge Ure.

If you are not familiar with Vince Clarke then you should know that he was a founding member of some of the best bands from the 80′s; Yazoo (aka YAZ), Erasure and the iconic Depeche Mode. And If you are a big as a fan of The Godd Natured as I am, then you know that those bands have inspired their sound.

“Vince Clarke is a true legend! His work with Depeche Mode, Erasure and Yazoo has always been an inspiration to The Good Natured. We’re very honored to have had the opportunity to collaborate with him ,” Sarah McIntosh explains.

Their collaborative track with Clarke, “Ghost Train” is simply a match made in electro-pop heaven. It’s pop, it’s dark and broody, with a sexy sinister touch that seamlessly fits into the bands electro-pop-goth sound. The track is simply incredible!
