British electronic group Clean Bandit and songstress Jess Glynne who brought us the masterful collaboration “Rather Beare back together once again with another invigorating and uplifting dance number called,“Real Love.” The track, produced by Jack Patterson was recorded during their recent North American tour. The tender new video features straight and gay couples caught in the warmest expression of love.

“We made this video whilst on the road touring for the first time in North America. The tour was a brilliant experience, which makes this video even more special. We were in LA for our performance at the El Rey theatre and shot some of the gig for the video. We also met fans and strangers outside various gigs in the States and filmed them displaying Real Love. Thanks to everyone who took part!” —Grace Chatto (strings, vocals, CleanBandit)

Kate Boy – “Open Fire” [Brand New Single!]

Since their appearance back in late-2012\early-2013 with “Northern Lights“, “In Your Eyes”, and “The Way We Are“ the Swedish\Australian electropop trio Kate Boy has kept us on the edge of fanboy insanity with every single one of their releases. Their catchy, synth-based brand of electropop has produced some of the most addictive numbers we’ve ever heard. And having seen their live gigs quite a few times; we can attest that it translates effortlessly as a live setup.

Their brand new single “Open Fire” perfectly captures that live experience. Built on a steady, heart-pounding drum-kick and invigorating, sing-a-long chorus, the song feels and sounds like a perfect reproduction of their energetic live shows. If you have been delaying seeing Kate Boy live…this track is a tiny example of what you’re missing.

No word yet on Kate Boy’s Debut album release date. But in the mean time you can grab “Open Fire” December 8th via Ficton Records.

Now, do yourself a favor and play this LOUD!

SEVDALIZA – “BACKSEAT LOVE” [New single + Video]

Holland-based singer\songwriter\producer Sevdaliza returns with a steamy video for the brand new single, “BACKSEAT LOVE”! We had a brief introduction of the Iranian-born songstress via her hypnotizing video for “Sirens Of The Caspian;” the seductive, Electro-R&B jam hasn’t left our favorite playlist since its debut back in June.

With “BACKSEAT LOVE” SEVDALIZA pushes the envelope a bit farther; musically and visually. The track, produced by Dutch producer Sjam Sjamsoedin aka Nobody Beats The Drum blends exotic, wobbly-beats and synth with classic house-elements that takes the singer to deep-house territories (think Jessica 6  and Hercules & Love Affair). Visually, “Backseat Love” is definitely a lot more risqué then her previous efforts. In the video, the beautiful songstress takes us on an intimate, sexual escapade of forbidden fantasies (threesomes, anonymous encounters and hotel room sex, etc) all shot and directed glamorously with a tasteful eye.

Although the video’s steamy scenes are pleasing to the eye (and they are steamy!); the song’s sensual, deep-house production is the real pleasure here.
